llevaba a pr\u00e1cticas no est\u00e1ndar para incluir estas caracter\u00edsticas en los c\u00e1lculos rentables.<br>BOMA 2024 actualiza el est\u00e1ndar para incluir oficialmente estos espacios, desaf\u00edos t\u00e9cnicos debido a ciertas disposiciones de piso.<br>El nuevo est\u00e1ndar redefine las reglas de circulaci\u00f3n, facilitando su aplicaci\u00f3n en diferentes tipos de edificios.<br>No es necesario atravesar un piso completo para conectar alas o escaleras laterales.<br>Esto simplifica la aplicaci\u00f3n del M\u00e9todo B en diversos dise\u00f1os de edificios de separa y calcula el almacenamiento de inquilinos y otras \u00e1reas especializadas por separado.<br>Estas \u00e1reas se agrupan en una \u00fanica \u00e1rea \u00abrentable\u00bb para el edificio, simplificando los informes.<br>Esto permite una clasificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00fatil de las suites de inquilinos, incluyendo oficinas, alquiler minorista, almacenamiento, \u00e1reas al aire libre y
